4. Booking and Payment

Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and electronic bank transfers. Full payment must be made prior to the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Be ready at the pick-up location at the agreed time

• Treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect

• Not smoke, consume alcohol, or carry illegal substances in our vehicles

R&D Chauffeuring reserves the right to terminate a service without refund if these responsibilities are not met.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide prompt and reliable service, R&D Chauffeuring will not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, or traffic conditions.

Our liability for any breach of contract or negligence is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
