Refund Policy – The Basics

At R&D Chauffeuring, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable chauffeuring services. However, we understand that under certain circumstances, customers may need to cancel or amend bookings. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued and the conditions that apply.

By using our services or booking through our platform, you agree to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.

What’s Included in the Refund Policy

Our refund policy addresses the following:

  • Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds may be issued in the event of a booking cancellation, service failure, or overpayment. Refunds will not be granted for missed bookings due to client lateness unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellation Timeframes

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.

    • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Partial Refunds
    Partial refunds may be considered for services that were disrupted or not delivered in full, subject to review.

  • Refund Process
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original method of payment.

  • Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

    • The client provided incorrect booking details

    • The client failed to adhere to pickup timing

    • Services were used in violation of our terms (e.g. inappropriate behavior, damage to vehicle)
